Cavanaugh Academy has amazing performance in academics, athletics, and the arts. The school was founded in 1774, making it one of the oldest schools in the nation. The students invited to Cavanaugh Academy are the above and beyond the best at their old schools. Attending Cavanaugh Academy is a huge honor and accomplishment...right? Cavanaugh Academy is home to a dark, deadly secret. The students of Cavanaugh Academy are more than human. They're vampires, were-animals, witches, wizards, gifted humans, and more. The students at Cavanaugh Academy are their for their own protection- protection from hunters, slayers, and humans discovering superhuman races. Cavanaugh Academy is both a school and a shelter to these students. Cavanaugh Academy may keep students safe from the outside world, but they are not safe from the scandals inside the walls of the school. Like any high school, Cavanaugh Academy is full of gossip, lies, drama, love, hatred, friendship, and chaos. Cavanaugh Academy is full of magic- and it's not always good magic.
