 A long time ago, the ancient gods decided to remedy an overcrowded Earth. So they picked a new galaxy, one with plenty of room for all, and planets specialized for each being under their rule. Everyone had plenty of room to go about their businesses for thousands of years, blissfully unaware of the others on their planets.
