Hey guys!
A lot has happened since my last update, so I thought I'd bring you guys up to speed.
So here we go:
1. First off, welcome to all of the new members! We're glad to have you here on the site, and hope you are enjoying your time here. If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a PM so I can clear things up for you. Also, thanks for joining and giving the site a chance!
2. A lot of people have been claiming canons, so I'd like to thank them for that. I appreciate them taking on the responsibility of main characters. But I also appreciate the people making Original Characters, because they always prove to make things more interesting, and the site couldn't survive without them. So thanks to everyone for joining, making a character, and staying active.
3. If you have yet to notice, we have a new staff member: Fál. He is now a Co-Admin. Before becoming a staff member Fál was helping me out big time with advertising, linking back, graphics/skins, and just things in general, and I really appreciate it. So he'll be helping me run the site from now on =) There will be more staff positions available in the future when the site grows.
4. We have a TON of new skins. Well, I consider three new ones and a bunch of modifications to an old one a TON. We have: Dreamscape, made for us by Fál (thanks!), Red Raven, the one I literally just finished making, and Sunset Angel, which was modified since I originally made it. Check them out, and see if one appeals to you more than your current skin.
5. If you've yet to check out the General Board, and find yourself with some free time that needs to be spent, please, do so. Some of the members have created a bunch of fun games to play, and other threads to chat in. Check them out if you're looking for something to pass the time.
6. As per usual, I am LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS! I want your ideas. What do you think needs improving? What bugs the hell out of you on this site? Let's see if we can't fix it. Any suggestions are always appreciated, so don't hesitate to drop one off in the Suggestions sub-board in the General Board. Or, if you don't want other's opinions and want to send it directly to me, PM me.
7. I will be doing the first Activity Check here soon. So far, most the members who have joined have stayed active. But we also have a few who joined and never came back. If you are one of those members, receiving this message now, please login if you wish to retain your account on our site. Thanks!
8. Thanks to everyone who's started and/or joined in a Roleplaying thread. Sometimes it takes a while for people to get going, which makes the site seem inactive and people are less inclined to join, but that's not the case here. We have a few threads up and running, which is great! Thanks.
And I think that's about it.
