~Juliet Yvein Vimir~ Mother... looking at me, tell me what do you see? ...Yes, I've lost my mind... Daddy... looking at me-- will I ever be free? ...Have I crossed the line...___________________________________________ The walk through the forest made Juliet feel sick. It was like having a million regreats floating around, mocking you and making you feel sick on purpose. Juliet knew that her choice to befriend the King of Divinous-- the man who single handedly murdered the Angel's leader and took over Divinous-- was the one choice she needed to make to full on betray the Angels. Though... even if Malice WAS her friend, she was still faithful to the angels. Malice had a good cause to make come true-- a cause that Juliet planned to see. A beautiful world... a peaceful world. During their walk through the forest, Juliet took the time to imagine the world in Malice's vision-- mainly focusing on the lake she met him at. His words still clouding her mind, "This lake is worth saving... you are worth saving..."
Worth saving?
Juliet wondered suddenly if she was fighting for the right side. Should she be better off neutral? It seemed the demons had only destruction on their mind. Did Fal tink she was what was needed in this vision? Their vision of destruction? Juliet frowned-- she did not want to be a part of destruction. She wanted to be a part of a beautiful vision. She thought she'd get this vision by alliancing with the angels. But.. they weren't going anything for the world. Their focus was on thier CLEARLY destroied city. To Juliet, Divinous seemed like a pointless effort now. It was gone-- and you already lost once. It would be better to just move on and pure the whole world instead of wasting your numbers on one stupid city. Earth was not at all what Juliet dreamed it to be. She thought it would provide a safe getaway from her... all she's gotten was the ugly world and constant hunting by demons.
Malice's castle came into view and Juliet stopped, her eyes focused not on his palace but the city before it. She glanced back at him with worry clear on her angelic face. She was afraid to enter the city. And as if her worried expression didn't look totally fearful, it started to rain... drenching Juliet's pale blonde hair making her look lost and alone. Her skin turned a paler white color than it was earlier because of the cold. Juliet absently wrapped her arms around her small waist and shivered slightly, looking so lost it didn't seem fair. She represented an orphan in some ways, and it seemed sad to even see something so innocent and tiny look so heart broken. Juliet wasn't sure what to do. If she had a hoodie, she could pull it on and cover her head so her pale blond hair wouldn't draw attention. It seemed that was the only thing the demons regconized about her.She could fly... but Juliet figured it would draw attention too her... alittle TOO MUCH attention.
She shook her head, taking Malice's hand. Her own was soft, and slightly wet by the rain. She looked down the whole time, not wanting to see the expression in Malice's eyes. Very gently, she squeezed his hand. Not for his sake but for her own. She needed the support right now and hoped that Malice wouldn't want to let her go. She blushed slightly, the warmth of his hand making her feel better. However her own hands were icy cold due to the weather's chill on her body.
In time, they made it to the castle. Juliet didn't release Malice's hand the whole way-- nor did either of them speak. Juliet fell a couple of times in the city but other wise no attention was drawn to them. Juliet stopped at the gate of Malice's palace and looked up to him-- as if wondering what to do. That lost orphan look on her face once again.

The trip back trip back to the castle was an… uncomfortable one, Not one of them spoke of what happened or took there disgusion any further, it was obvious to any observer that there were hundreds of un asked and un answered questions jumbled inside both of there minds. Just as the castle came into sight it began to rain, Malice was glad to some extend it meant that most of the blood would be rinsed from his cloths and hair, the robe was ruined anyway and his sword and half crown would not rust. The rain on his skin was a strange feeling, he was used to watching it outside of his windows and the only thing that came close to the feeling of being sprayed was when he was fighting… it was usual for him to get drenched in blood. The rain had been on for less than a minute before Juliet placed her hand in Malice’s, his natural reaction would have been to shake it away… but if he wanted to befriend her he would have to act human… it was small and cold almost like the hand of a child. The last time anyone had ever held his hand was when he was escorted into the center chamber back in the Mortis Reaver Temple, but this felt different, it was him that was comforting not being comforted and it was him that was leading over being led. He didn’t think about it until it was too late, he was already inside the city limits before he realised that people were staring at them… he was after all the King or Divinous the heartless tyrant, the murderer… what was he doing with a young girl. He smiled a little at the rumours he thought would be given birth by the situation, He’s a virgin eater,… He’s found true love,…He’s gone soft. The smile then left… this was not the image he needed at a time like this, he would have to think of an excuse to see this through… was she his mistress… his sister… his hostage? He would talk over the finer details once at the castle, ”Don’t talk to anyone” He almost snapped, he didn’t want to hurt here feelings but in public he didn’t want to seam weak either he hoped that she would understand. Other than this it was a rather boring walk to the castle. Once they had gotten to the castle he apologised and explained his actions as he waited for the guards to open the gates.

~Juliet Yvein Vimir~ Mother... looking at me, tell me what do you see? ...Yes, I've lost my mind... Daddy... looking at me-- will I ever be free? ...Have I crossed the line...___________________________________________ Juliet gasped when Malice suddenly snapped at her. She hadn't realized that she gripped his hand tighter than she entended. Her baby-like eyes blinked, her expression scared and alone. The people watching them murmured amoungest themselves at the scene. Their opinions of the two went from possibly a secret daughter, a virgin mistress for the king, and other unplesant things that made Juliet suddenly feel like crying. But she realized she was helping with a vision... a vision that happened to also be her's at some point. She sucked it up and closed her eyes, allowing Malice to slightly drag her along with him... acting to the people's thoughts so the fact that she slightly befriended him wouldn't totally be above them.
Once they were inside the castle, Malice explained what had happened back at the streets. Juliet simply shrugged, she was still hurt-- and it was written across her face, "It's alright... you're a king and besides... what sense would it make if you didn't do SOMETHING to make us less suspicious...?" her cheeks flushed slightly, feeling embrassed.

He realised that she was still offended, perhaps he should have taken a more humane approach to the whole situation, but he was still getting used to acting how he thought he should feel in situations and was not very good at it. He smiled none the less and was glad that she at least tried to understand where he was coming from, she was still blushing he thought that perhaps this would have passed by now but apparently not… he wondered how she did it, but passed it of as something he would never need. ” This is my home, treat it as your own, the guards will be informed that you are allowed to roam all the upper floors, the towers and the ground level… as well as the gardens.”, He decided to leave out the part about the dungeons and the inhumane experiments he was performing to create a better, living weapon. ”The chef will cook you anything you want, the servants will get you what you like and the guards will go with you whenever you want” He continued, he wondered what room she would want, he had several kitted out in case he ever had guests… not in the three years of his rule had he ever had a guest… well one that lived until the night or that needed sleep, most demons just left once they were done talking to him. ”Any questions?” he asked politely.

Daddy... looking at me-- will I ever be free? ...Have I crossed the line...___________________________________________ Juliet nodded simply, her mind instantly thinking about the gardens he was talking about. Then again-- it shouldn't have been a suprise to her. After all, Malice's vision was to basically create beauty-- and keep beauty around. Maybe it was just because most of his servants might have been demons.. or what's been happing in Divinous that made Juliet think a garden would be out of place in all the ciaos. "No questions," she said with a smile on her face. It seemed pretty simple enough. She was honestly just nervous for whatever would be instore for her and Malice. She wondered what would anger him that she would do. Honestly, she didn't want to anger him at all-- not unless it was an act so the suspicion level was low.
Juliet's eyes flashed with a sweet happiness as she took his hand again and walked toward the castle. Though suddenly when this caught the eye of one of Malice's guard she let go instantly, slightly walking behind Malice like she was trying to hid in a way.
